Our inquiry form asks for your name, email, service choice, and message. You may also provide a phone number. We use these details to answer your questions and follow up on your request.

If you enroll under a written debt settlement service agreement, we may need creditor records, balances, payment history, income details, and information about your hardship. These records help us assess eligible debts and perform the settlement work you authorize.

Submitting an inquiry does not give us permission to access accounts, verify information with creditors, or obtain a credit report.

Who may receive your information

Information is used to deliver authorized services, keep records, resolve billing matters, and satisfy legal requirements. Depending on the purpose, it may be provided to:

• Service providers: Netlify supports website hosting and inquiry processing; our email provider supports correspondence.
• People involved in your settlement: authorized staff and representatives, and relevant creditors or debt collectors, when needed to carry out your services.
• Credit reporting agencies: only for a lawful purpose and with separate, appropriate authorization.
• Legally required recipients: when disclosure is required by law, legal process, or regulatory obligations.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease personal or financial information for marketing or lead generation. We also do not sell or share phone numbers or text-message consent information for another party’s marketing.

Our hosting providers may receive technical details such as your IP address, browser information, and request logs. This site also uses Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to supply its fonts.

Keep Social Security numbers, account numbers, and payment information out of the inquiry form and ordinary email. Contact us for secure instructions before sending sensitive documents. No online or email system offers complete security.
